Sizzle Returns Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with the products you have purchased from Sizzle, or if you have simply changed your mind and want to cancel your contract, you can return your items to us for free. This includes any products we deliver which are not faulty but:
- do not correspond with the description on the Sizzle website; or
- are not the items you ordered; or
- are damaged upon delivery
Please note, these items must be in their original packaging and unused.
You must notify us of your intention to cancel the contract. You have up to 28 days after the date on which the product is delivered to you. Please email us at email@example.com or call our customer service team on 0330 123 0022. We will advise you of the best way to send your item back to us. Depending on your original delivery method, you have several free return options:
Ocado 1 Hour Delivery
If you elect for one of our vans to collect the products when you next have a delivery, we'll cover the cost of the return.
If you chose to send your product back via Collect Plus then we'll provide you with a Collect Plus returns sticker and we'll cover the cost.
Express Courier Delivery
If your item was delivered via DPD then we will arrange a day for them to collect your return from you for free. They will then allocate you a 1 hour slot on the day so that you know when to expect them.
If you chose to send the product back to us by post you will need to pay for the postage. The postal address for returns is as follows:

Except in our sole discretion, unfortunately we cannot offer you the right to cancel in respect of the following products:
- Personalised or made to measure products
- Perishable goods
- Unsealed CDs, DVDs, tapes or other recording media, software or video
The refund will cover the cost of the item and the cost of standard delivery of the item provided that the items was not part of a larger order.
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
