The Le Creuset non-stick Roasting Rack makes roasting easier and healthier. Made from heavy-gauge steel, the rack sits neatly inside the Le Creuset Roaster allowing meat and poultry to sit above the base of the pan whilst juices, fat and oil flow freely into the base of the roaster.
Its durable non-stick coating ensures excellent food release and is easy to clean. The lifting handles, generously sized to enable easy lifting when wearing oven gloves, are positioned on the long sides of the rack making it easier to remove from the pan when full. The roasting rack measures 31.5cm x 26cm so is big enough to hold large joints of meat and poultry.
