Mauviel M'heritage M150s 9cm mini Saucepan has a polished copper exterior with an 8/10 stainless steel interior, stainless steel rivets and cast stainless steel handle. 

The M'heritage collection is a combination of two powerful and traditional materials, copper and stainless steel. Bilaminated copper stainless steel (90% copper and 10% 18/10 stainless steel) allows for unsurpassed heat conductivity and control, and stainless the steel interior is ideal for all daily cooking needs.

Care and Use

Before first use and after use, carefully wash your pot/pan with hot soapy water then rinse and dry.  A quality polish is recommended to maintain its warm glow. It's not advised to use a dishwasher for washing copper cookware due to the harsh chemicals used in some dishwashers that could shorten the life span of your cookware. Never use cleaners containing bleach to clean copper cookware - bleach is corrosive and will cause your cookware to pit.
